Multiple Suppliers
Some of our products are fulfilled by independent suppliers. This means your order may arrive in multiple packages, depending on which items you’ve purchased. Each package will be shipped separately, and tracking information will be provided where available.
Shipping Times
Because our suppliers operate independently, shipping times may vary. Please allow a minimum of 15 working days for all items to be delivered. While we do everything possible to get your order to you sooner, some items may take longer, especially during peak periods or due to courier delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. Any shipping promotions or discounts will be applied automatically where eligible.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if available). Please note that if your order is sent in multiple packages, you may receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
