Because of this, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, so please choose carefully when placing your order.

However, in line with Australian Consumer Law, if your item:

• Arrives damaged or faulty

• Isn’t as described or shown

• Has a major defect or issue

—you are absolutely entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair.

If something’s not right, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order, along with clear photos of the issue and your order number. We’ll work with our suppliers to sort it out as quickly as possible.
