• HOW LONG DO PRESERVES LAST?

All our preserves are given a 2 year BEST BEFORE date from the month of manufacturing. We use a best before date, because if the jars are left unopened and in a dark cool place, they will keep for a number of years.

• HOW LONG DOES BEEF JERKY LAST?

Our gourmet beef jerky is given a 2-month BEST BEFORE date from the month of manufacturing. When the packet is kept sealed and the oxygen absorber kept in the packet, it can last a lot longer than this.

• WHERE ARE OUR PRESERVES MADE?

 All our preserves are made in our dedicated preserving kitchen, located on our rural cattle station, 250km out of Hughenden, North West Queensland.

• HOW DO WE SOURCE OUR PRODUCE?

We have extensive vegie gardens and fruit orchards that supply the majority of the fresh produce that goes into our gourmet preserves. If we are unable to grow it ourselves, we source the produce from local growers.

• HOW DO WE MAKE BEEF JERKY?

We create our gourmet beef jerky using our own sustainably produced beef. We use good ol’ Aussie made marinades and seasonings to give our beef jerky an awesome flavour. A true dinky-di Aussie product!
