1. What kind of products do you sell?
We offer a wide range of homewares, kitchenware, office ware, and bathroom products, including glass cutting boards, cushions, mugs, aprons, coasters, throws, and more. We also have a growing collection of recipes, gifts, and custom-designed products. Every item is inspired by life on our cattle stations in North West Queensland and the beauty of the Australian outback.
2. Can I order a custom design?
Absolutely! We love creating custom-designed products tailored to your vision. Whether you’d like a personalised gift, a business logo, or a unique image on one of our items, we’ll work with you to bring your idea to life. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
3. Where are your products made?
Our products are created in collaboration with multiple suppliers around the world. Each item is carefully chosen and designed to reflect the beauty and charm of outback life.
4. Why might my order arrive in multiple packages?
Some products are fulfilled by different suppliers, so your order may be shipped in more than one package. Each shipment will include tracking information (where available) so you can follow your order’s journey.
5. How long will it take to receive my order?
Shipping times vary depending on the supplier. Please allow a minimum of 15 working days for all items to arrive. Some products may take longer, especially during busy periods or due to courier delays.
6. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Please note that customs, import duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your location.
7. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. If your order ships in multiple packages, you may receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
8. What if my package is lost or damaged?
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@middleofnowherecreations.com.au. We will work with the supplier or courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
9. Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make changes or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, some orders may have already been processed or shipped, which could limit our ability to make changes.
10. Do you offer gift wrapping?
We’re working on adding gift wrapping options soon! For now, all items are beautifully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition, and our products make thoughtful gifts just as they are.
11. Are your products environmentally friendly?
We aim to choose suppliers and materials that reflect our commitment to quality and sustainability wherever possible. Many of our products are reusable, durable, and built to last, helping reduce waste over time.
