Our Tropical Jam is a recipe that I created myself. I decided to create this one to offer those who miss out on tropical fruits the opportunity to have 3 of them in one jar! This homemade jam is made using home grown mango, pawpaw and locally grown pineapples!
I cannot explain how delicious this jam is when spread over freshly home baked pumpkin bread – absolutely superb! It is perfect for adding that extra boost to your breakfast when you lather your crumpets in this jam, or if you’ve got friends popping in for morning tea – there nothing better to put with your fresh scones and cream!
Ingredients: Mango, Pawpaw, Pineapple, Sugar.
Store up to 2 years in a cool dry place.
Refrigerate after opening.
